J'ai changé 'disabled' => true, en 'disabled' => false, et ça fonctionne.... Par contre le seul dossier autorisé est "files" alors que dans l'idéal il faudrait que ce soit "tl_files" qui est le dossier d'au-dessus, mais bon... C'est quand même bien plus pratique de pouvoir voir les images quand on utilise tinymce plutôt qu'une liste interminable et confuse. Pour ton problème j'ai eu le cas avec un serveur chez 1and1 sous plesk et j'ai modifier juste les droits et les propriétaires du site et ça a corrigé mon problème (chmod + chown + chgrp).
